john Burcham erwin - editor
John is an independent filmmaker living in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He holds a bachelor's degree from The University of Arkansas in English and Creative Writing and is pursuing a Master's in Journalism and Documentary Filmmaking. He has worked in Fayetteville as a documentary filmmaker since graduation, on projects with the North West Arkansas Historical Society and the Shiloh Museum of Ozark History, creating a three-part documentary on The American Civil War entitled "Every Father a Son" for the latter. His credits include roles as a director, writer, editor, and producer on dozens of award-winning short films.

Paige is a native of Little Rock, Arkansas. She is a University of Arkansas documentary graduate student and received her Bachelor of Arts in digital filmmaking from the University of Central Arkansas. She most recently worked at the Little Rock-based production JM Associates, which produces fishing and other outdoor sports shows for ESPN, Outdoor Channel, and more. She also has a variety of short films and hitRECord projects on her resume and is currently a videographer and editor for a startup project called Bold Folks Home.
Ninette sosa - PRODUCER
Award-winning veteran news journalist is expanding her news experience to include documentary film. Sosa has a master’s degree from the University of Arkansas School of Journalism and Strategic Media with a focus on documentary film. The Guatemalan native has traveled internationally for news coverage, worked as a certified war correspondent, provided on-scene live reporting of natural disasters, and reported stories of national/international interest for global news networks including CNN, BBC,and VOA. She has completed her 2nd documentary and has penned a memoir about her challenges as an immigrant … it’s an immigrant love story.
